An industry-focused external BIT with flexible entry, including lateral entry for SLIATE HNDIT holders straight into Level 3.
The way in when you have no A/Ls.
FIT is conducted by the UCSC itself and feeds straight into the UCSC BIT degree, so you can start from here and still finish with a University of Colombo degree.
Foundation in Information Technology
A University of Colombo programme that builds the groundwork for degree-level IT study. Pass all of its theory components and you hold an accepted entry qualification for the BIT, with no A/L passes required.
The Foundation in Information Technology conducted by the UCSC. Passing all its theory components is an accepted entry qualification for the BIT degree, so FIT is a genuine route in if you don't hold the A/L passes. Ask the office about the current intake on 021 222 9886.
